Kids Class
The Kids Class mixes playfulness with yoga, using games and fun activities to help introduce the foundations of yoga.
Beginner’s Yoga
Beginner’s Yoga is for EveryBody – focusing on slower, gentle movement and an introduction to basic poses from the mat.
Morning Power Flow
The Morning Power Flow is an energizing vinyasa-style class, focused on building strength, balance, flexibility, and alignment and is a great way to incorporate a yoga practice into your busy day.
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is designed for seniors, those with mobility issues, and anyone wishing to practice gently from a seated or standing position utilizing a chair for stability.
